These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TicketsCandy website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). TicketsCandy is operated by TicketsCandy ("TicketsCandy," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms apply to:
- Visitors to our website
- Ticket buyers purchasing tickets or registrations
- Event organizers who create accounts and use the platform
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Relationship Between Documents
These Terms work together with:

- Services Agreement (for event organizers only)
If you are an event organizer, the Services Agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the platform.
3. Platform Role and Limitations
TicketsCandy provides a technology platform that allows organizers to list events and sell tickets. We are not the event organizer, venue operator, or promoter, and we do not control the events listed on the platform.
TicketsCandy is not responsible for:
- Event quality, safety, legality, or accuracy
- Event cancellations, changes, or postponements
- Organizer refund decisions
Any dispute related to an event is between the ticket buyer and the organizer.
4. Ticket Purchases
When purchasing tickets, you agree to provide valid payment information and complete the checkout process accurately. All ticket sales are final unless the organizer’s refund policy states otherwise or applicable law requires a refund.
TicketsCandy may cancel or reverse transactions in cases of error, fraud, duplicate orders, or payment issues.
5. Fees and Payments
TicketsCandy may charge platform service fees, which are disclosed during checkout. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. TicketsCandy does not store full payment card details.
All payments are subject to the payment processor’s terms and policies.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes
Refunds are governed by the organizer’s posted refund policy and applicable laws. TicketsCandy is not responsible for issuing refunds on behalf of organizers, except where required to maintain platform integrity, comply with legal obligations, or satisfy payment processor requirements.
Chargebacks, disputes, excessive refund requests, or abnormal dispute ratios may result in account review, temporary suspension, payout delays, or termination.
7. Communications
By using the Service, you consent to receive transactional, account-related, security, and administrative messages from TicketsCandy. These communications may include order confirmations, account notices, service updates, and legal notices. Marketing emails, where applicable, will include an unsubscribe option.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or deceptive events
- Misrepresent event details, pricing, capacity, age restrictions, or availability
- Circumvent platform fees, safeguards, or technical controls
- Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated systems
- Harvest, export, or misuse customer or attendee data without proper consent
- Resell tickets unless explicitly permitted by the organizer
- Interfere with platform security, stability, or performance
- Use the Service in a way that creates legal, financial, or reputational risk for TicketsCandy
9. Platform Data and Reporting
Reports, analytics, and exported data are provided for convenience only. Figures may change due to refunds, disputes, chargebacks, processor adjustments, or timing differences. Payment processor records are the authoritative source for financial reporting and tax purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, branding, and features belong to TicketsCandy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use our intellectual property without written permission.
Organizers retain ownership of their event content, including text, images, videos, and other materials they upload ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant TicketsCandy a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the Service.
TicketsCandy may remove, edit, or disable access to User Content at any time, with or without notice, if it violates these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies.
11. Feedback and Suggestions
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant TicketsCandy the right to use them without restriction, compensation, or obligation.
12. Third-Party Services, Widgets, and Links
The Service may include links, integrations, or embedded widgets displayed on third-party websites. TicketsCandy does not control or endorse third-party services, websites, hosting environments, or scripts.
TicketsCandy is not responsible for how the Service functions, appears, or performs when embedded on third-party sites, including conflicts caused by external code, hosting providers, or browser limitations.
13. Force Majeure
TicketsCandy is not liable for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, labor disputes, power or internet outages, or failures of third-party providers such as payment processors or hosting services.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from using the platform.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketsCandy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to TicketsCandy in the past 12 months.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TicketsCandy from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your events, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
17. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings. Arbitration will take place in California, unless otherwise required by law.
18. Emergency Actions, Suspension, and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
TicketsCandy may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate access to the Service, disable ticket sales, freeze payouts, hide events, or restrict functionality if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such action is necessary to:
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats
- Address excessive chargebacks or disputes
- Comply with legal obligations or requests from authorities
- Satisfy requirements from payment processors or partners
- Protect platform integrity, users, or TicketsCandy
19. Assignment
TicketsCandy may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets without notice to you.
20. International Use and Compliance
The Service may be accessed from locations outside the United States. You are responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, and requirements applicable to your use of the Service, including event licensing, consumer protection, tax, and age-restriction laws.
TicketsCandy makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
