- TicketsCandy acts as a service provider and data processor on behalf of organizers.
- Ticket buyer information is shared with the organizer of the event you purchase tickets for.
Event organizers are responsible for how they use customer data they receive through the Service and for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Event organizers may export, download, or otherwise access ticket buyer data through the Service. Such exports are initiated by organizers, and organizers are responsible for how exported data is stored, secured, and used.
Event organizers may use ticket buyer information to communicate about their events, including updates, changes, or required event-related notices. TicketsCandy does not control how organizers use customer data once shared and is not responsible for organizer communications or privacy practices.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share personal information for third-party marketing unrelated to the Service.
6. Analytics and Advertising
