XOXO Non-Book Events with Take Home Kits:
- Ticket is non-refundable.
For Take Home Kits: if you happen to miss the event, please contact the store for pick up within 7 days. Shipping is available in the U.S. for a $15 shipping fee. Contact the store to make arrangements. The store is not responsible for the damages during transit.
- Kits not picked up after 8 days from the events are no longer eligible for pick up or shipping and are non-refundable.
Private Book Club Fees:
- Non-refundable.
XOXO Book Club Ticketed Deposit:
- Tickets may be refunded if cancelled 7 days prior to the event. Less than 7 days to the event, the ticket is non-refundable. A personalized voucher will be given at book club check-in for equal value (excluding TicketsCandy fees) to the deposit. The ticket voucher must be used within 30 days.
For Ticketed Book Events (including signing events and authorless launch parties):
- Ticket is non-refundable.
- Preorders for these events guarantee your book and entry to the event. If you happen to miss the event, please contact the store for pick up within 7 days. Shipping is available in the U.S. for a $15 shipping fee. Contact the store to make arrangements. The store is not responsible for the damages during transit.
