Our courses are focused on 21 CFR 121 – Mitigation Strategies to Protect Food Against Intentional Adulteration regulation. They help you understand the requirements of the regulation and how they apply to your company or clients. All our courses are instructor-led in a virtual format. The instructor-led format allows us to adapt the courses to meet the participants where they are on their food defense journey. We spend more time on concepts that participants find more difficult and use extra examples to ensure understanding.

Participants of Food Defense Qualified Individual Essentials receive training to perform all four FDQI roles under 21 CFR 121 – Mitigation Strategies to Protect Food Against Intentional Adulteration. Equivalent training through multiple individual courses covering each role would cost over $950.
