This dinner honors the Virgo spirit: grounded, thoughtful, and detail-driven with a touch of elegance. Your ticket includes a 4-course dinner, one specialty cocktail or mocktail, plus a la carte astrology readings and music under the stars.

First Course: Vichyssoie - classic chilled soup of puréed leeks, onions, and potatoes, garnished with fresh chives
Second Course: Fennel Salad - fresh vibrant salad with thinly sliced fennel, pear, and kale tossed in a blood orange dressing and
topped with pomegranate seeds.
Third Course: Beef Bourguigon - hearty rustic French stew with beef slowly braised in a rich Burgundy red wine sauce and
caramelized vegetables. Served with a creamy celery root and parsnip mash
Fourth Course: French Silk Pie - decadent and rich chocolate pie, orange whip and mint topped with shaved abuelita chocolate
