Zodiac Dinner Series - Sagittarius

Join us for a night of adventure, optimism, and bold exploration. This dinner celebrates the Sagittarius spirit: free-spirited, curious, and endlessly inspired. Expect an atmosphere full of warmth and wonder, where every moment invites discovery and connection. Your ticket includes a 4-course dinner, one specialty cocktail or mocktail, plus a la carte astrology readings. Dinner will begin at 7:30 sharp. No entry after 7:30, no exceptions. Menu: 

First Course - Pumpkin roll with herbs and sage butter

Second Course - Fennel salad, arugula, sweet potato, pomegranate seeds, and a citrus harissa dressing

Third Course - Braciola with spinach and mozzarella, red sauce, seared polenta (can substitute with eggplant) 

Fourth - Pavlova with white chocolate cranberry and citrus

Black Hole Old Fashioned - Black Peppercorn infused Patron Reposado Tequila, Italian Amaro, Spiced Brown Sugar, Orange Bitters, Oak Wood Smoke

Archer's Bow - Granalta Piloncillo Rum, Suze, Blueberry Puree, Lime,  Topped with Big Marble Proper Lemon

Chiron's Last Word - Citadalle Jardin d'Ete Citrus Gin, Luxardo del Santo, Black Cherry, Lime, Jamaican No.1 Bitters
