Join us for the ultimate mind-body reset - a one-of-a-kind Yoga + Sauna experience hosted by The Local Movement and Tuli Sauna & Plunge in beautiful Paoli, Wisconsin.

To accommodate the most participants, we will have two separate sauna sessions. Each person will attend ONE of the two sauna sessions. Everyone will come together for yoga.

Sauna sessions are available at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Due to the sauna capacity, there are 8 spots available in each time slot. You will select your time slot during checkout. 

When you are signing up, you will select your preferred sauna time.

Experience a fun, light-hearted, all-levels yoga class led by The Local Movement - the perfect way to awaken your body, move with intention, and settle into a sense of ease. Before or after yoga, enjoy the serene warmth of Tuli’s modern wood-fired sauna, nestled along the banks of the Sugar River. Between rounds of heat, enjoy the option to take a refreshing cold plunge and soak up the peaceful, nature-filled surroundings.

Rooted in Nordic tradition, Tuli offers a space to sweat, soak, and slow down - reconnecting with yourself, nature, and community. Whether you come solo or with friends, you’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and smiling.

9:00-9:45 AM - Group 1 Sauna Session 

10:00-10:45 AM - Yoga (both groups)

11:00-11:45 AM - Group 2 Sauna Seasion
