Yoga in the Lavender Field – Summer Series with Shannon

Join us for a peaceful and grounding summer yoga series in the heart of our blooming lavender field. Every Tuesday morning in July and August, take time to reconnect with your body and breath surrounded by the calming sights and scents of nature. Whether you're new to yoga or have a regular practice, these sessions are designed to welcome all levels and offer a supportive space to move, breathe, and restore.
Our instructor, Shannon, brings over a fifteen years of experience in fitness and wellness. Shannon’s passion for functional movement and holistic health shines through in her teaching. She earned her yoga certification at Yandara Yoga Institute in Todos Santos, Mexico, and ran her own fitness studio from 2010 to 2020—leading classes for everyone from babies to seniors. She has taught Zumba, PiYo, Silver Sneakers, gentle yoga, and core-focused classes, and continues to inspire through her weekly Zumba class.
As a mother of three and full-time high school math, Shannon understands the realities of busy life and the need to create space for well-being. Her classes focus on body awareness, deep core activation, and mindful movement—always encouraging students to “bring the body you have and leave feeling better than when you arrived.”

Bring your mat, water, and an open heart. Pre-registration is encouraged, and space is limited to maintain a peaceful, personal experience.
