Make your own fancy, magical wax seal stickers in this hands-on workshop with Emily So of emilysoscribbly. You’ll choose your stamp design, wax colours, and finishing touches to create tiny pieces of art you can use on envelopes, cards, gifts, journals, and more.

emilysoscribbly is the creative world of Emily So, bringing playful, charming, and handmade details to stationery and paper goods. In this workshop, Emily will guide you through the process of creating beautiful wax seals in a fun and beginner-friendly way.

Workshop Details:

Always wanted to try wax sealing? In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll learn how to melt, pour, and stamp sealing wax to create your own magical wax seal stickers. Choose from a variety of stamp heads, wax colours, and decorative details, then pour your wax onto envelopes or a silicone pad. Once your seals are set, you can add self-adhesive backing to turn them into stickers for later. No experience is needed, and all materials are provided.

What You’ll Make:

A collection of custom wax seal stamp stickers, made with your choice of stamp designs, wax colours, and decorative details.

What You’ll Learn:

How to work with sealing wax, including melting, pouring, stamping, and understanding the temperature and workability of the materials. You’ll also learn how to turn your finished wax seals into stickers.  

What You’ll Use:

Stamp heads and handles, wax beads, wax sticks, spoons, silicone pads, glitter paints, hot glue guns, and self-adhesive backings.  

Take Home:

Your own handmade wax seal stickers and the know-how to keep creating magical little details for envelopes, gifts, journals, and paper projects at home.
