Welcome to Wild Rose Wolves: A Sisterhood
Our in-person gatherings are created with deep intention—woven with connection, movement, grounding rituals, and the kind of soul-nourishing sisterhood that reminds us we never walk this path alone. 

Each month, we welcome a special guest who may guide us through a sound bath, lead a cacao ceremony, teach self-reiki techniques, guide a Qigong session for nervous system regulation, or offer another heart-opening experience.

To honor our guest facilitators and support the studio space, there will be a small monthly contribution of $30-40.

Please feel free to invite any friends who are also seeking a community of like-minded women: heart-centered, open-minded, soul-led, non-judgmental, and ready to grow, connect, and be part of something meaningful.

Qigong for Nervous System Regulation

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, emotions are not separate from the body—they are held within it. Each of the Five Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water) corresponds to specific organ systems and the emotional energies they carry. When life moves quickly and we don’t have space or tools to process what we feel, emotions can become stuck. Over time, this can show up as tension, fatigue, anxiety, physical discomfort, or a sense of disconnection.

This workshop draws on the Five Element framework to offer a simple, accessible Qigong practice for all bodies and experience levels. No prior experience is needed.

In this session, we will:

  • Explore the Five Element model and the emotions connected to each organ system (anger/liver, fear/kidneys, grief/lungs, worry/spleen, joy/heart)
  • Move through gentle Qigong sequences designed to support the release of stagnant or suppressed emotional energy
  • Work with breath, posture, and intentional movement to restore the natural flow of Qi
  • Learn 2–3 simple daily practices you can return to in as little as five minutes to regulate, reset, and reconnect

This is a space to reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence and explore how simple, intentional movement can support emotional balance and overall well-being.

What to expect:
Slow, gentle movement. No special equipment or clothing required. Come as you are.
