✨We will start by nourishing our bodies with food and beverages provided by Sage & Stone Apothecary.
🌿Then we will nourish our mental health with a Plant Therapy workshop. All materials are included.
🧘♀️To end the evening we will nourish our spirit with a Sound bath meditation by Dana Joyce Wellness. (Bring a yoga mat and blanket for the ultimate cozy vibe!)
