Vendors for 2025 Sunnyslope Wine Festival

Located in the Snake River Valley AVA, Sunnyslope Wine Trail is a non-profit organization working to promote our award-winning wines produced in the Heart of Idaho Wine Country. Sunnyslope Wine Trail wineries have received a multitude of gold and double gold medals in regional and national wine competitions in recent years. Also, the Snake River Valley AVA was recently awarded the 6th Best Wine Region in the USA Readers’ Choice Awards!

The Sunnyslope Wine Festival will offer tasting opportunities from 16+ wineries, several food trucks, dozens of vendors, and live music all day. Attendees will enjoy sipping wine with picturesque views of the Snake River Valley framed by the Owyhee Mountain Range from the beautiful grounds of Ste. Chapelle Winery.

When: Sunday, August 31, 2025

Time: 12-5 PM

• Vendors are required to fill out the application form prior to paying the vendor fee. Application will be approved or denied by Sunnyslope Wine Trail team. 

• Vendor set up is 10am-11:30am. Please arrive early enough to be setup and ready to sell by 11:45am

• Vendors will provide all of their own equipment including tents, tables, chairs, cash/change, POS systems, bags, ice, etc.

• There are no electrical hook ups available. Personal generators will be limited and require approval. 

• Vendors must be an individual’s creative effort and sold by the artist or a representative thereof. 

Important: Please only submit your vendor fee after your application has been approved by the Sunnyslope Wine Trail team. Vendor spaces are limited, and applications are reviewed to ensure variety and event fit.

Payment without prior approval does not guarantee participation.

Vendor Fee: $50 per 10x10 space. 10x20 spaces are limited and must be approved by SSWT in advance, $100 fee. 

If you would prefer to pay with a check, please make checks payable to Sunnyslope Wine Trail, Inc. You may schedule an in person drop off at Famici Wine Company or mail them to Sunnyslope Wine Trail, P.O. Box 42, Huston,  ID 83630. Please note - Vendor applications are not confirmed until application form is filled out and payment is received.
