Description
This small-group workshop offers a unique, hands-on escape where you can simply breathe, slow down, and let go of stress in the calming presence of horses.
Hands-on, up-close connection with the horses in the round pen and arena. Includes guided relaxation exercises, breathwork and journaling in the company of horses, and an optional mounted meditation with a certified equine professional. No horse experience required, no pressure, just a safe, peaceful space to catch your breath and ground yourself.
A warm, welcoming environment with complimentary healthy snacks and water.
