Join us for a special three-part yoga series with Tree on Tuesday evenings—June 24, July 8, and August 19 from 6:30 to 7:30 PM, set in the scenic lavender fields of Glen Innish Farm overlooking peaceful pastures.
With 20 years of experience guiding students of all body types and backgrounds, Tree brings a gentle, welcoming presence and a deep understanding of how to make yoga accessible to everyone. Whether you're brand new to yoga, seeking a gentle practice, or looking for a flowing vinyasa experience, Tree meets you where you are—with compassion, clarity, and care.
Her lighthearted teaching style and inclusive approach create a space where every body feels seen, supported, and free to explore. Surrounded by the soft hues of lavender and open skies, you’ll breathe deeply, move mindfully, and reconnect with your sense of balance—both on and off the mat.
All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat. Pre-registration encouraged, but sessions can be purchased at the door.
