The Rush Funplex West Jordan

Overall our grandkids had a great time. We bought 12 tickets - 9 one time and 3 another. I LOVED your sale to get an all day pass for $20. Thank you. This made it more affordable and doable for us to come at all for our large group. I LOVE ALL the different activities you have at this complex. Awesome! It seemed a bit short on staff. I saw this in that the elevator floor was very dirty. Also, the cashier said normally someone is hired to clean the tables but she didn't see anyone available. You were out of cards to keep score with miniature golf. I was impressed that our 3 pizzas were done right when we had asked them to be and they were delicious. The staff was good and seemed to be working hard to make everything work well. The restrooms were clean, which is important to me. You had hand sanitizer on the counter where you pick up the food. This is a GREAT idea. I had left mine home, but had wanted my family to use it because my friend had said that every time her grandchildren go to Rush, they get sick. No personal fault to Rush, there are a lot of hands repetitively touching the same things. So, I thought the hand sanitizer was a GREAT idea and I hope you continue having that available - even at other stations. Also, I know it takes a lot of patience for these young employees to handle all of the stress and situations that are thrown at them, but your employees being patient and happy and kind and enthusiastic and welcoming to us is SO IMPORTANT for us to have an overall great feeling about our experience there. Some were better at it than others, but all of them were pretty good. BTW, the guy at the prize counter was SUPER patient and fun. The gal at the food counter was great, too. Just keep training them this way. It truly makes a big difference in our experience there.

Fun time, just the wait for the go karts…I wonder if there should be two people running them…

The doors opened a little late. Once we got inside. There was really no direction on what we needed to do or how to do it. We found the larger gocarts by mistake. The young lady doing the larger carts was not very friendly or informative and it took a long time for us to get our ride. Staff was okay. Not overly friendly and not overly informative. Thought it was a good value for the money.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our family and friend’s had a blast for my daughter’s birthday, thank you for hooking us up!
