The Rush Funplex Orem

We had the best time! There was something for everyone for our family of 5 (kids ages 11,8, and 4).

Great customer service needs to be celebrated! We visited Rush in Orem for the first time in January and we were sooo impressed!

This location was short staffed during the first part of our visit that day, but that didn’t stop the manager from helping us throughout our entire visit. I knew after the first hour that the unlimited pass was a great choice because our family was having an absolute blast!

Our 11 year old daughter said, “I think this will be a new family favorite!” We really loved the wide variety of activities and we made lasting memories. Thank you for keeping a clean and well maintained facility!

Me and two other brothers celebrated our youngest brothers birthday here and had a blast. It was nice to know there was variety of things to do. And knowing we could come and go as we pleased with the all day pass was really nice to take the pressure off cramming, so much activity in one time frame. We have come here a few times before for a birthdays , and probably will continue coming in the future. My only complaint would be that workers were hard to find for concessions or questions regarding activities.

Went for the day with my wife and four kids ages 13-7. Kids were entertained all day. Even with just a small group of 3, laser tag was still fun. Bowling had bumpers available by player. Would automatically go up for my 7 year old go back down for the rest of us. Young staff of teenagers were friendly and helpful.

Overall, we had a really great experience. A couple downsides to share. The service members who are checking out customers are the same reps who provide bowling shoes and putt putt equipment. When you buy all access passes by the hour, waiting just to obtain the equipment needed, takes away from play time. It would be nice if this was more efficient. We really enjoyed the go carts. However, because there were several cars that did not turn left very well, we experienced several delays while riding. I absolutely understand the need for the 3 strikes rule, but there should be better awareness as to why some accidents were happening that were entirely out of the drivers control.

Got the tickets on a sale and it was great for a school break on a rainy day. We were there for 5 hours and the kids still didn’t want to leave.
