I love this event. Columbus Toy Show is better every year. You can find almost anything you are looking for. Lots of great booths from local shops and Ohio shops. Prices are as low as $1 if you aren’t a collector and want to take your kids. Modern and vintage items available. Most booths have more items if you let them know what you’re trying to find.
So much fun, nostalgia, and variety! My friend and I had no idea what to expect but it was so fun to browse all the booths- Plus it was all organized so well! Very nice vendors and workers.
Was a great experience the vendors are always open to deals and offers which every buyer loves .great time with my good friend and was able to fill in some gaps in my collection.lots of toys 🧸 and games from vintage to modern if you never been I would recommend to check it out with your friends or your kids and family 👾👍
Great experience as always. Tons of tables and a lot of variety with vendors. Many new vendors too. My daughter and I go to all of them and we got a ton of crazy deals as well. What a great time.
The event was much bigger than I expected and there was a great variety of vendors to visit. All of the people I spoke to were helpful and friendly. I would definitely attend again.
I always can pick up something Godzilla. Worked a deal with a couple vendors and I'm happy with the prices... Also my wife worked a deal on some sesame Street hand puppets for our Grandson. All in all always a good Hunting experience!
Fun show! Lots of neat things to see and buy. Prices were all over the place but deals could be had. Plenty of activities of you were able to hang for a good portion of the day.
Only issue I have, and I think it is actually with the location rather than the event. I think the Lausche is expensive to book or something because every event I have attended here is always a ~$15 entry plus $5-7 parking. For two people you start the day already down the hole. So if you just plan on shopping it makes almost everything a bad deal suddenly. Even worse if the sellers overcharge.
Maybe a me problem, but the entry fees are a little out of hand.
We've been going to the Columbus Toy Show since it first started and we always have a blast! We found many treasures and both me and my hubby left with smiling faces. We bought early bird tickets this year and we were only on line for maybe four minutes total. They have food and drink available and also easily accessible ATM machines and restrooms. The past few years they have also had minor celebrities and wrestlers set up at booths for autographs and photos (for an additional fee).
I would have to say my only issue is the admission fee. The first Toy Show admission was $3.00 and it has now skyrocketed to $15.00. Early bird tickets were $20.00 a piece!! Parking is another $7.00. $47.00 just to walk in the door seems a bit much, considering how large the Xenia Toy Show is (seven buildings!!) and they have free parking and charge $5.00 per person to get in. I realize that the Columbus show has celebs there, but I have zero interest in the celebrities. I'm there for the toys! And this is not a Comic Con. I don't want to pay Comic Con prices to attend.
My first time at the Columbus Toy and Game show was a great one. I was there for almost four hours. Plenty of items to see. The folks from Kenner who attended were all wonderful. Mark Austin and Daniel Logan were great to talk to. Food and drink available as well as clean facilities. Door prizes and plenty to do for young ones
2nd year going and already can’t wait for next year!! Loved all of the venders and for the most part everyone was nice.
