Tea4T Queer Community Circle
Description
Join us at STROB Apothecary for "Tea4T," our monthly Queer & Trans Community Circle dedicated to fostering connections, celebrating queer and trans joy, and building community resilience. Facilitated by LJ (they/them), a queer, trans, harm reductionist, shapeshifter, Korean-adoptee and co-owner of STROB, this gathering offers a safe, affirming container for LGBTQ+ individuals to come together, share, and create collective experiences.
When: Every 2nd Wednesday of the month, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Where: STROB Apothecary
What to Expect:
- Community check-ins and connection,
- Collectively determined agreements,
- Co-creation and mindful facilitation when called for,
- Group dreaming and planning for future meetings, such as skill-sharing, clothing swaps, zine creation, game nights, crafts, grief processing, and more!
Important Details:
Who is Welcome: This space is specifically for LGBTQ+ individuals. While we appreciate allies' support, this gathering is designed as a space exclusively for those who identify within the queer and trans community.
- Note: Wheelchair accessible; stim toys and crafts welcome; please let us know of any relevant tea or herbal smoke allergies or irritations before attending.
