Crawfish was good, and the fair had nice music. My only gripes are the fact there wasn't a few tents for us to rest in the shade from the hot Sun while walking around, and also the fact that some of the crawfish were a little black/looked unwashed. I don't know if that's just seasoning, although it was black and didn't taste burnt so I assume it was dirt.

We were impressed with how quickly we were able to get our food when we arrived unfortunately the crawfish and the shrimp were both overcooked. Nice variety of venders and good music and drink

The Crawfish was ok but I’m very disappointed in the Shrimp! I pair $17 for 8 very small shrimp. Had they been the big coastal shrimp like they said they were supposed to be it wouldn’t have been an issue but they were the small Walmart bag size shrimp. The Beer was good though!

This was my third year attending this festival and while most everything was great, there was one area that was a pretty big let down. The music, vendors and beer/drink selection were great and the seasoning of the crawfish was superb. However, as big crawfish eaters, this years crawfish was overcooked and extremely difficult to peel. Even after painstakingly peeling them apart you ended up losing a lot of the meat due to it falling apart and not pulling away from the shell properly. I had bought three tickets and we used them during different batches hoping that the first batch we got was accidentally overcooked but they remained the same each time and we had even talked to multiple people who also came on Friday and they had stated that the experience was the same on Friday as well. We love that this festival takes place in Tahlequah and we love to see the turn out every year. We hope to see it continue to expand however I do hope that next year we are able to get a bit more worth for our money because the crawfish is the main reason we attend.

My sister & I went on Saturday early afternoon…the crawfish was not only pretty dry but they were so hard to crack and try to get the meat out. We were so disappointed. I finally gave up try to eat them. So I left there hungry.

Very yummy very nice environment, seasoning felt off for the corn and potatoes but the crawfish were delicious. Outdoor area felt clean organized. Very impressed as this is my first time at the festival.
