Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to any event hosted or promoted by Live At The Armory, you agree that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including for personal conflicts, illness, late arrival, no-show, or weather conditions.

If an event is canceled by Live At The Armory, refunds will be issued as applicable. If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Changes to performers, lineup, support acts, set times, or other event details are not grounds for a refund.

Unless otherwise stated, events are General Admission (GA) standing-room events. Seating is limited and is not guaranteed. Guests requiring ADA accommodations or accessible seating should contact Live At The Armory in advance so appropriate accommodations can be arranged.

A valid ticket is required for entry. Live At The Armory reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for inappropriate or unsafe behavior, intoxication, failure to follow venue policies, or other conduct deemed disruptive, without refund.

Age restrictions vary by event and valid government-issued identification may be required. Failure to meet an advertised age or ID requirement is not grounds for a refund.

By attending an event, you voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with attendance. Live At The Armory, its owners, staff, contractors, artists, and affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or for injury or loss except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

By entering the venue, you acknowledge that photography, video, or other recording may occur and consent to your image or likeness being used for promotional purposes.

Live At The Armory is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties, counterfeit tickets, or duplicate tickets. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
