I was thrilled to have the opportunity to do line-dancing in a queer space. I've been line-dancing since the 80's and really want a space in Ottawa where LGBT people can safely line-dance. Please repeat this event! Thanks so much for organizing it.
The teacher wasn't great (actually taught the box step incorrectly but then would do it properly when we were doing the full dance ... several people around me were confused by this so I was trying to help them 'get' the dance). That being said, people seemed to have a great deal of fun. If you can find a teacher with more skill and experience, that would be brilliant.

The music, the lessons and the venue were great! I had a lot of fun learning line dancing 🤠🤎
