Let's get super still in the distillery! Bring your yoga mat and join me in the art gallery within the Distillery of Modern Art for a mindfulness practice with a twist. I invite you to breathe, soften and expand - quiet your mind and give yourself permission to rest, release & put yourself into Receiving Mode; to allow vibrational frequencies to immerse your entire being in healing sounds. The sounds wash over you & through you to gently uplift you leaving you feeling refreshed, revived, and relaxed - totally Blissed Out! 

After your experience, float out to the bar for a complimentary craft cocktail prepared by one of the Distillery's fabulous cocktail artists! (zero alcohol options also available) There is so much here to please all of the senses - truly a vibe to linger in while in your blissed out state! Fine Art, smooth music, pleasing lighting, covered patio, and some of the coolest people in Atlanta who are all about helping you have the BEST experience possible!

Small Pillow for your head / under your knees

Eye Covering (eye pillow or cloth to gently rest across your eyes - helps to deepen the experience)
