A new series of music themed yoga classes is coming to The Substation: Stereo Flow! Laurén Ocasio, aka DJ Lola Vera, and Laura Charles both find music to facilitate connection with our bodies and our movement, and the flows in these classes will be coordinated with themed playlists, curated by DJ Lola Vera. We invite you to move, breathe, connect and explore how music can integrate with your yoga practice.
