Slip into your favorite flannel and step into the heart of autumn at the 2025 Southern Vermont Flannel Festival, Saturday and Sunday, October 18–19.
This two-day celebration invites you to slow down and savor the season at Rockingham Hill Farm: a rustic, spacious setting that feels like a sepia-tinted memory of home, whether you're a longtime local or a curious traveler.
Bring your favorite people and stretch out on a picnic blanket beneath a wide open sky, the sound of live bluegrass and folk music mingling with the rustle of leaves. From the hilltop, the landscape blazes in hues of crimson and amber—a perfect backdrop for sharing laughter, stories, and a local cider or craft brew.
The Flannel Festival is a warm embrace of everything that makes Southern Vermont extraordinary. Come for the music, stay for the view, and leave with memories stitched together like your coziest flannel shirt.
Great Festival!
Of course, being at a farm during the Fall, already set the event up with great atmosphere. The music put the lid on it! Wonderful selection of different international foods, good variety talented artisans and vendors, and the young Civil Air Patrol did well too.
Great selection of food, awesome groups of performers, wide selection of crafts… something for every age. So relaxing to set up a chair and take some time to browse… can’t wait until next year!
I love this event! The husband and I travel from Connecticut every year to come to the Flannel Festival. Amazing food, excellent music, great and talented vendors, and of course, the pie can’t be beat.
