Sound Ceremony inspired by shamanic practices intended to promote a journey of self-discovery, deep relaxation, and peace. Instruments used include African djembe, crystal singing bowls, wave drum, Peruvian chakapa and maraca, tingsha bells, and vocal tones. Participants are encouraged to set an intention before the ceremony begins. Optional smudging with Palo Santo is available prior to start.
