Our client, Best Dressed Blonde (49k followers), the Instagram influencer, and her gal pals are hosting another SIOUX EMPIRE CLOSET SALE! This event can pull 300 guests through to shop 'til they drop and we've been invited to bring in specialty vendors to give this event an extra BOOST! 💕

⚠️ CRITICAL - VENDORS CANNOT sell product of clothes, shoes, or jewelry (allowing permanent jewelry though) as to not compete with this client's products that will be filling the main hall.

The booth prices are reflecting the limited spaces available, the exclusive invite, and known attendance expectation. This is a highly advertised event with reoccurring guests who look forward to this every year and you're invited! We encourage you to focus your products to women for the best outcome and help advertise yourself for an even better reach.

Tables: Vendors are welcome to bring their own tables free of charge, or tables may be rented for $10 each; we have a limited number of 8ft rectangular tables, a couple of 6ft tables, and plenty of 5ft round tables.

Electricity

Only booths marked as having electrical access include outlet availability. Vendors using electricity must bring their own UL-listed extension cords, which means they are safety-certified for electrical and fire standards. High-draw equipment requires advance approval.

If you need electrical and do not see one available, please reach out and we will see how we can still accommodate you.

Advertising

After you sign up, please send any product photos you’d like us to feature to [email protected]. If you use a different email address than the one you purchase your booth with, include your booth number or the business name you entered during checkout so we can match your photos correctly.

To help maximize attendance, please promote the event on your own social media pages and in local Facebook groups, tag our Prairie View Event Hall Facebook or Prairie View Event Instagram accounts, and mark yourself as “Going” on the official Facebook event. Vendor participation in promotion helps bring in more customers and increases overall event turnout.

All booth details, pricing, and the floor map showing available spaces are listed on this event page. Each booth is sold individually, and once a booth is purchased, it is automatically marked as sold out.

Sales Tax

Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting South Dakota sales tax on all taxable sales made at the event. 

The current sales tax rates for Tea, South Dakota are: 

• 4.2% South Dakota state sales tax
• 2.0% Tea municipal sales tax
• 1.0% Tea municipal gross receipts tax (MGRT) (on applicable items)
• 1.5% Tea tourism sales tax

Vendors should verify rates and filing requirements with the South Dakota Department of Revenue.
