SHADES OF TIME
Description
We have 2 shows Saturday May 31st @ 7:30pm and Sunday June 1st @ 3:00pm.
ATTENTION: If you want to purchase tickets for both show dates you will have to do 2 separate transactions, one for each date.
We will refund tickets and tax up to 14 days prior to the performance. Fees are not eligible for a refund.
The show this year is about moments and stories throughout someone's life. Imagine a series of black and white photos, and the moments/stories those photos capture.
The Broadway Performance Hall does not have a dedicated parking lot. The Harvard Garage is a 400 spot pay to park parking garage located behind BPH, 1609 Harvard Ave, Capitol Hill, Seattle, WA 98122. The parking rate as of April 30th 2025 is: $15.00 for 24 hours. There are other parking garages, but this garage is the closest.
This years show is approximately 2 hours with a 15 min intermission half way through.

5.0This was amazing not only for the dancing but the emotions that could be felt throughout. It was choregraphed so incredibly well. Everyone I brought loved it as well. It is amazing the care and love you took in putting together this show and the pieces. It was intimate and also professional. Thank you for giving people especially the young ones a place to learn to grow and dance but also feel creative and safe and most importantly loved. This truly had become an extended family for many.

Great show! Everyone was clearly having a blast and the theme really tied itself together throughout.
Shades of Time was a dazzling showcase of artistry, passion, and dedication. From the youngest beginners to seasoned adult performers, every dancer brought an energy and grace that reflected hours of careful training and commitment.
The different styles—ballet, tap, hip-hop, and modern—made for an engaging and dynamic program. Whether it was the elegance of ballet, the rhythm of tap, the energy of hip-hop, or the expressive movement of modern dance, each performance highlighted the dancers' skill and enthusiasm.
A special round of applause goes to Veronica and Mark for their vision and hard work in putting together another winning show. Their choreography was both innovative and entertaining. Their dedication seemed to bring out the best in every performer.
The audience left cheering a recital that will be remembered for its vibrance, artistry, and heart. Bravo to all involved!

The talent and artistry presented in this show were outstanding! Starting with the opening act completely capturing my attention, the music telling the story and the a cappella tap number, I was so grateful to see this show and be a part of Vam Studios. Thank you for sharing your talents and gifts!!

Fantastic show. Great theme great choreography. Showed flowed beautifully between ballet modern tap hip hop young and adult.
So much dedication and creativity put into the production.
Shades of Time was outstanding! The venue was perfect for clear viewing and the acoustics were good. The music and dance selections were so good- highlighting the dancers capabilities. Tap, ballet, and modern…… thoroughly enjoyable.
