Description
The Summer Festival is a one-day anime convention in the style of a Japanese "Matsuri" festival held right in Metro Vancouver! SFU Anime will be hosting the event on SFU's Burnaby Mountain campus. 🎉 🎆Â
At the festival itself you can find a variety of festival games, as well as, booths hosted by local artists and vendors selling hand-made art and various other goods. When you get hungry you will find local food vendors with delicious treats which you can enjoy along with stage performances and panels throughout the event.
Afterwards, The Summer Festival and SFU Anime has collaborated with AniMirai to bring you another INCREDIBLE afterparty [19+ ONLY]! Come out and jam to anime songs, Vocaloid, VTuber music, idol songs, and more with our incredible DJs all night long! Hosted at The Rec Room Brentwood at 8PM the same day, enjoy a multitude of arcade games, activities, and amazing food & drinks to recharge yourself before getting back to the dance floor!
