Saddle Up: An Evening of Impact & Legacy is the Marvin Williams Recreation Center’s 9th annual gala, celebrating community strength, transformational service, and the enduring legacy of leadership that continues to shape West Bremerton. Now in its ninth year, the gala brings together civic leaders, partners, donors, and families for an evening dedicated to honoring the past, uplifting the present, and investing in the future.

This year’s event blends western elegance with purpose-driven celebration, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy curated experiences, live entertainment, and meaningful storytelling. Throughout the evening, attendees will learn about MWRC’s expanding mission, including the development of the MWRC Economic Development Center, an initiative designed to support small businesses, entrepreneurship, and youth workforce development across Kitsap County.

Saddle Up is more than a gala — it is a gathering of people committed to building opportunity, strengthening families, and ensuring that the legacy of community empowerment continues for generations. Through fundraising, fellowship, and shared vision, the event fuels programs that provide mentorship, education, wellness, and economic mobility for youth and adults alike.
