Rock the Pantry

It was a wonderful time. Excellent food and band. The only problem was it needed a bigger space with more tables and chairs. And the A.C. needed a boost.

Overall, a wonderful positive experience for the Oregon community and Gary was so gracious and appreciative. Food quality was very good. On almost every item but the sandwiches, the order could have been cut in half. Yes, I see why Gary said food upstairs. Silent auction: Lighting was poor and gifts were too close together (in my opinion). access would have been better if not so close to bottom of stairs as that was really the only stairs available for most of us. Did we make at least half of the $5,000 estimated value on the silent auction donations? If so, then maybe not necessary to put down a minimum bid on any $500 and over items which I would have advised.
Dance floor could have been reduced some to allow for a little more space for tables and improved traffic flow. it was pretty tight by the Wine Pull table and bar end of room.....but it worked. We needed more garbage cans/bags/recycling. 1 by the bar (which they needed) and 1 right next to elevator exit was insufficient. 1 or 2 nice size floor fans would have been appreciated for the dance floor and for general air circulation in lower level. Still a 5 star rating and perhaps a biennial event?

The event was so fun!
The band was great.
The venue was great as was the food.
It was a bit hard to talk to others due to the volume of the music.
Sometimes it was hard to understand what was being said through the sound system.
I suggest this becoming an annual event for the food pantry. :)
Hope you all raised the amount funds you all were hoping for.

Everything was very top notch!!! And the price was reasonable. We hope you met your fundraising goals

It was a great time . Food was great. The band was fabulous .

It was great to see people and raise money for OAFP. However, there were not enough tables to be able to sit down and the music was way too loud, which prohibited being able to visit with people.

Gary & Mallory put on a wonderful event for the Oregon Food Pantry. It was a lot of fun! Great turnout! The music was great! The food was very good! Nice fundraiser!

Great but would suggest putting chairs around the perimeter of the dance area! Hope you raised a lot of money 💰
