Power Trip Premiere

This ones for the kids!!! 5 STARS 😉

The incredibly long hours + 1 hour commute each way, illness, blood, sweat, tears! You are all so amazing. Not to mention being high school students, family obligations and other activities. You pushed through.

At the very end late into the evening you broke out the power tools, tore down the set and loaded the uhaul in the rain. You are truly an amazing group of teens.

Thank you from one parent to the others and our families/friends!!! Carpooling, $$, etc. we truly have a great support system and special little community.

Amazing show, large man with axe and the magic were my favorite parts

It is thrilling to see a never-before-seen musical. There were several mistakes, but for opening night and an all-teenage cast, they did fantastic. Mistakes are part of the magic of live theater. A cast member had to go home sick at intermission, and the understudy and cast did a fantastic job of adjusting to the unplanned change. I want to shout out the actors who played Slimeball, Pen, and Man with Axe, who did a great job embodying their characters on stage. One suggestion I'd have is to make it clearer about what "the magic" is. I think it was explained when Pen and Maude did their first magic show, but it wasn't super clear. I spent about 10 minutes trying to figure out why a girl was following them around but not talking. I would have the character wear face paint, similar to the dragon, so that it is clear that she isn't human.
