Mark your calendar for Pints & Pilates at Delta Beer Lab on Thursday, February 26 with Pilates led by Pilates Instructor and Founder of The Local Movement, Emily Weber!

Pints & Pilates is your invitation to move, mingle, and feel good - no intense sweat session required. This feel-good class is designed for all levels, whether you’re brand new to Pilates or a seasoned pro. Expect mindful, low-impact movement that strengthens, stretches, and refreshes your body without the pressure of keeping up or going all-out.

We’ll focus on intentional movement, breath, and good vibes, then celebrate with a refreshing pint afterward. Come as you are, bring a friend, and get ready for a workout that feels more like a social hour with benefits. πŸ»πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

Cost is $25, which includes class and your beverage after class.


All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, sorry!
If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. All transfer requests must be received and confirmed via email.

A minimum number of participants is required for the class to be held.
In the unlikely event that class does not meet this minimum, anyone registered will receive notice 24 hours prior to the event as well as a full refund.

I thought the instructor Emily did a great job of providing modifications to exercises. The room for the class wasn't ideal, because we had to put our mats on the concrete floor.

Emily was so welcoming and helpful during the pilates session! She consistently offered options for making things easier or harder with each move, gave us reminders to breathe, and gave us cues to feel for to make sure our form was correct, while also leaving a comfortable amount of space for silence and focus during each set. I highly recommend giving one of her sessions a try!
