Start the evening with a mix of hands-on cooking and a live chef demonstration led by the amazing and talented Chef Hoda. You’ll learn to create dishes featuring fresh, vibrant ingredients that are perfect for recreating at home—or impressing someone special on your next date!
The Cozy Autumn Dinner is designed to capture the essence of the season — warm and comforting, with hearty yet elegant flavours. Every course highlights seasonal ingredients and classic autumn notes like thyme, brought together in textures that feel both cozy and refined. It’s a dinner that celebrates the richness of fall while creating an inviting atmosphere for connection and conversation.
Social Time with Other Singles
After preparing the meal, you'll sit down with other participants to enjoy the dishes you've created. To keep the conversation flowing, we've included fun card prompts to help you get to know other singles better.
After-Dinner Connecting
To wrap up the evening, head over to our self-serve dessert station for more time to mingle and chat, allowing deeper connections to form while indulging in a delicious dessert.

About the Chef
Chef Hoda is a classically trained chef, graduating from the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu Paris. She refined her craft in prestigious kitchens across France and Toronto, including the Fairmont Royal York and Scotiabank Arena, where she contributed to high-profile, large-scale dining experiences. A former restaurant and cooking school owner in Vancouver, Chef Hoda now works as a private chef and culinary instructor, sharing her passion for refined yet approachable cuisine. Her style combines French technique with seasonal ingredients and a love for creating memorable dining experiences.

Amuse-Bouche (Ready Upon Arrival):
Flaky golden pastry filled with creamy brie, sweet fig, toasted pecan, and a touch of rosemary — a luxurious bite to begin the evening.
Two Appetizers (Hands-On Culinary Experience & Chef Demonstration)
Buttery puff pastry shells filled with rich mushroom-thyme cream and topped with tender shrimp — warm, savoury, and elegant.
Sweet roasted pear, creamy cheese, and peppery arugula wrapped in salty prosciutto, finished with a drizzle of honey. (Vegetarian option: roasted zucchini strip instead of prosciutto)
Main Course (Chef Demonstration)
Crisp romaine hearts topped with roasted butternut squash, beetroot, radishes, pumpkin seeds, shaved parmesan, microgreens, and herb vinaigrette. Colourful, seasonal, and refreshing.
Dessert (Self-Serve Station)
Assorted Éclairs
A sweet finale with two flavours of delicate éclairs:
• Vanilla Bean — smooth, classic, and silky.
• Maple Pecan — nutty, warm, and perfectly seasonal.
Beverages: Your ticket includes a welcome drink and wine to enjoy with dinner (limit of 2 alcoholic beverages per person). Non-alcoholic drinks will also be available.

Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when purchasing your ticket, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Vegetarian options are available upon request.
Note:
We serve wine in our classes. It is against our policy for guests to bring in any type of alcoholic beverage. We encourage our guests to use TTC or Uber/Lyft to avoid driving after alcohol consumption.
We recommend having closed-toe shoes and no rings during the cooking process.
