Autumn Textures: Recycled Nature Prints

Celebrate the arrival of autumn by transforming fallen leaves and recycled materials into unique art. Using the textures of local foliage as our guide, we will explore the history of ancient Pre-Columbian stamps to create our own contemporary designs. Join us for two hours of discovery, colorful, fun, and nature-inspired exploration. All materials included. No prior experience is needed!

Wednesday, November 18,10am – 12pm

Botanical Seals: Hand-Printed Holidays

Get a head start on the season of giving! Inspired by ancient Pre-Columbian cylinder seals, we’ll create our own repeating patterns to produce personalized wrapping paper and holiday cards. Using recycled materials and botanical motifs, we are going to combine history with hands-on creation. This is a relaxed, fun space to learn, explore, and connect with nature. All materials included. No prior experience is necessary.

All materials included. Classes are $35. These workshops are for adults and taught by Sol Gómez. Please register by 12pm the Monday before class.
