Next Level Reset is an afternoon to slow down, recharge, and set meaningful intentions going into the new season. Come spend a few hours with great energy and a fresh start, connecting with like-minded women in your community and setting intentions that carry you into fall.

Brooke, certified Pilates instructor and nutrition coach with 10 years in wellness, will lead a mini guided stretch.

Joy of JOY Newtown, a self-care center for yoga, Reiki, and sound healing, will guide a mini sound bath to set our intentions.

Maureen Petrosky, author and TV personality, will speak on turning personal struggle into triumph.

Michele Genzano, Philadelphia magazine's Beauty Influencer of the Year 2025, will share her story with illness and where she is now.

Plus a beautiful build-your-own flower bar by Stephanie Lacey to create your own bloom moment. 🌷
