10/2- Beneath the Ground (soil), Location: Ben Robertson Community Center

What creatures lurk beneath the soil? Learn the importance of these critters and how they help with plant growth. Also learn how you can help with vermicomposting. 

10/16- Photosynthesis, Location: Swift Cantrell Park

What does photosynthesis have to do with the parts of a plant? Learn this answer and more as your become a botanist.

Unit Topic: Ecosystems

11/6- Forest Ecosystems, Location: Swift Cantrell Park

Why do forests matter? Come learn how living things are interconnected in a forest ecosystem with a guest from the Georgia Forest Commission.

11/20- Web of Life, Location: Swift Cantrell Park

How are a plant and hawk connected? Learn how an ecosystem stays in balance.

12/4- Exploring Habitats, Location: Ben Robertson Community Center

A habitat can be as small as a puddle or as big as a forest. Understand how living things survive by creating your own terrarium habitat.
