- Tickets are non refundable once purchased as we are unable to re-sell the seats at short notice
- Please note we are an open kitchen and unable to cater to specific dietary requirements for this booking, other than a Gluten Free alternative that must be stated at the time of booking
- We are unable to offer alternative sandwiches, savouries or cakes on the day
- Whilst your booking includes either a pot of tea or an Americano per person, if you choose coffee, speciality coffees will be charged at the standard rate in the Bistro on the day and must be paid for when you order
- Tickets are per person and additional unpaid seats cannot be provided
- ALLERGIES - we are an open kitchen so are unable to guarantee there is no cross contamination
