Bonnie is a wonderful Yoga Teacher. She explains the poses well and give you easy and harder pieces to each pose. She encourages you to do it at your pace and your ability. I have been to a lot of Bonnie’s classes. She keeps me coming back. I have learned a lot and my body thanks me for it the more I do it. Thank You Bonnie!
This was my 1st attempt @ Yoga. Bonnie was a great leader! She made it easy to follow - she allowed us to do what was most comfortable & effective for us as individuals. I loved her approach. The theme, soft music, surroundings & group made me look forward to her next session!!!!!
