I had a good time and felt the event itself was well ran/organized.

The price of parking and entry are a bit steep to be honest. I’m not saying make it free, but 22.00 at the cheapest before you even get in the door seems a bit much.

We had a great time at the Columbus Toy Show, and I appreciated the opportunity to meet Demolition, One Man Gang, and Mr. Monopoly. There were many vendors with interesting things, and we made several purchases. The vendors were friendly and also willing to negotiate, which we appreciated. Most were very knowledgeable as well; we are "children of the 1970s," and it is good to talk to people who know "relics" from that era, as we look for very specific items.

The only issues we had were as follows:
* There were no golf carts or shuttles to the parking. I have a bad knee, so the far walk was difficult.
* The bathrooms outside were out of order. This was not good, since you have to walk clear to th eback of the expo center ot use the restroom, and some people have driven quite a ways to get there and should be able to use the bathrooms outdoors, across the parking lot.
* The pop machine near the entrance/exit was not functioning. One declined every debit card, and the other gave diet pepsi, no matter what drink you selected.
* Inside, there were not many issues, other than pushy customers who were quite rude about pushing in front of people when looking at items or trying to pay.
* In my opinion, the free cabinet games should have been in the corner, where "celebrity alley" was. Putting them in the middle caused even more congestion at the crowded event.
* Celebrity attendance was nice, but there was not clear signage as to where they were, so I feel they may have been overlooked.
* There was no seating for those who needed to take a break or eat food from Schmidts. There need to be more than two folding chairs along walls if you are going to provide food and if the event is going to be that crowded. Even the benches in front of the Expo center were full.

This was my fourth time attending this show and each time the experience has been better than the last. The communication leading up to the event clearly tells me what I need to know (i.e. when, where, how much). I particularly like the ability to buy tickets online and getting my wristband with a QR code at the event. This makes entering the event smooth and hassle-free, an important part of the experience that similar shows overlook. The event is very well organized and the staff/vendors are super friendly. If there is one thing I would change, it would be to bring back the food trucks. The concession booth inside offered rather bland food options. I've attended local high school ball games with more appealing options. That said, I greatly appreciate how well run this show is and look forward to the next one!
