Love Of Life Festival

Celebrate life through art and music at the Love of Life Festival, May 6, 2023.

Art vendors, food trucks, raffles & silent auctions, interactive and demonstration events, kid’s zone, beer tent, live musical performances, and more!

Located on 10+ acres of beautiful property, behind 3400 NW 95th Ave Rd Ocala, FL 34482​.

The Love of Life Festival is a fundraising event, where all proceeds go towards the Kathryn Leigh Thurgaland Foundation.

The programs the KLT Foundation offer are; 1) awarding scholarships to graduates leading inspired lives whose future education and careers are geared towards fine arts, and 2) offering grief support for families who have lost a child, by delivering supplies, meals, and other resources. As of today, the foundation has granted scholarships to 3 students, with each awardee having the opportunity to receive up to $13,000 each. We’ve also been able to help a total of 6 grieving families.

The intentions of the KLT Foundation are not only to support, and sponsor, but to live in a free-spirited way that reminds us of Kayleigh; through music, art, and dance. That’s why our biggest fundraiser is the Love of Life Festival, featuring various artists and musical talents, always scheduled in May, the month Kathryn was born.

If you didn’t know Kathryn, this is our opportunity to introduce her to you. If you knew her then this is our chance to re-introduce you.

The most interactive way we can do that is with our KLT LOL festival.

We started the foundation as a means of remembering Kathryn. As a means of introducing Kathryn to other people and to show people who Kathryn was and how she lived.
