Live Music Yoga Flow at The Substation

Join Miles Wilder and Laura Charles for a Live Music Yoga Flow event at The Substation every month! Laura guides you through a creative slow flow practice accompanied by Miles' live improvised music. 

Laura's teaching style is suitable for all levels of yoga experience, as she offers cues to follow your body's natural rhythms, strengths, and boundaries. We will move through a slow flow, and then complete our practice with gentle postures and stillness.

Together Miles and Laura create an immersive experience that engages your outward senses while fostering a deep self-connection through guided movement and breath.

We are exploring a pay-what-you-choose pricing structure to make this experience fully accessible. We encourage you to pay at a level that feels sustainable. In the past, we have offered two pricing options - a standard rate ($35) and a supported rate ($25). The standard rate reflects the true cost of our offering, and the supported rate is a more comfortable option for those who cannot afford the standard rate.\
