Description
Moms, dads, caregivers and little sprouts ages 0-4 can enjoy music, movement, play and story time. Join us each month from 9:15-9:45AM for a different theme and story. Explore the gardens after the program! Little Sprouts will take place indoors in case of cold or rainy weather. Imagination Station and Living Laboratory garden area offer a variety of additional free play opportunities.
** During dog days, please do not bring your dog to Little Sprouts.**
Upcoming Dates:
Saturday, February 7 and Tuesday, February 10- Topic: It’s a bird! It’s a plane, it’s another bird! February is a month for birds! In honor of the Great Backyard bird count, we will have a story and play time dedicated to birds at the Gardens. Stories may include Have you seen birds? and The Birds at My Barn.
Saturday, March 7 and Tuesday, March 10- Topic: Spring Plants and Animals: Spring is blooming around the Gardens. We will explore the different types of spring plants and animals in the Gardens. Stories may include Garden Sounds and Who’s in the Garden?
Saturday, April 4 and Tuesday, April 7- Topic: Let’s Celebrate Earth Day! Celebrate Earth Day with us in the Gardens. We will have music, movement, story time and play in nature all in celebration for Earth Day. Stories may include My First Earth Day and I Love the Earth.
Saturday, May 2 and Tuesday, May 5- Topic: May flowers in the Garden: April showers bring May flowers! The Gardens are full of fresh blooms, and we can’t wait to see them.

Little Sprouts is such a sweet activity for toddlers and preschoolers! The teacher was enthusiastic and great at keeping the kids engaged. They offered several toys and activities to keep the kids entertained.

Tia was so wonderful with the toddlers! Her patience is amazing!
My 1 1/2 year old grandson enjoyed the program!
