OVERVIEW
The Bromance Club presents 'Le Freq' (aka The Frequency). We believe that high vibrations and frequencies amongst us brings great healing. Are you looking for an alternative, drug-free and sex-positive environment? GBTQ men suffer from shame, anxiety and low sexual confidence, we're here to change that. At Le Freq, we want wellness to be accessible and empowering. Working with holistic body and creative healing methods, opens new channels for growth. Our network of practitioners from diverse backgrounds show cases breadth of methods.

SKETCH EROTIC

This dynamic life drawing workshop, is highly interactive (nude optional). Taking you on a journey from being the observer, sketcher to participating as a model. You'll learn how to capture the essence of your subject, through various drawing techniques. We invite you to experiment, using all your senses and form new connections along the way.  Note: Please bring your drawing material of choice. We will provide paper, boards and basic drawing tools. 
Nudity optional.

• The space itself was a haven of creativity, flooded with natural light that illuminated every stroke of our pencils. The thoughtful layout of stations for each medium ensured that every artist had the tools they needed to bring their vision to life. What truly set this session apart, however, was the incredible energy of the attendees. The guys who participated brought a contagious enthusiasm and a willingness to dive into the experience fully. It was a celebration of art, sensuality, and pure fun, with a refreshing lack of pretension.
• Loved the rotating format. Helped to try new mediums and take risks. Loved being introduced to new materials. Glad I bought my own to experiment and play. Very erotic poses. Loved stripping as we went on.
• The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the opportunity to sketch the edging session happening in the adjacent studio. It was a visual feast, pushing the boundaries of artistic expression in the most captivating way.

Enhance your connection with yourself and others through the Partner Yin Class. This unique class blends the calming practice of yin yoga with a focus on synchronising breath and movements between partners, fostering deeper connections. Partners will rotate during the session, allowing for new bonds to form, trust to grow, and effective communication to be practiced. Yin yoga targets connective tissues like ligaments, bones, and joints, releasing deep tension in the body. Experience longer holds, focus on breathwork, while a live sound journey helps to deepen relaxation and spiritual tranquility. 
Required: Please bring your own yoga matts. Nude optional, underwear is most welcome.

With a holistic approach to edging, we showcase the art of pleasure through Tantra and body worship. A safe space to explore the phallus and how to intensify the connection. Learn new strokes techniques, how to be present, how to last longer, how to give and receive pleasure. Mindful edging is intensely delightful, providing a boost of stamina and self-confidence. There will be demonstration on models and exhibitionists. 
Note: Please bring your own yoga matt. Nudity optional. Outer-body only. Consent required.

• The event as excellent. Learning new techniques, seeing them demonstrated a few times and then both trying them out an other guy and receiving them. I enjoyed the intimacy of a small group. Artie is a great tutor too.
• My own c*ck surprised me, somehow I had spent 35 years with my c*ck without knowing how amazing it really is. It's like I was edging in black and white and Artie showed me my c*ck in technicolour. I loved the mutual phallic appreciation and will definitely be practicing this more on my bros
