Description
As the only Gilded Age summer cottage open to the public in the area, we welcome visitors from around the world. They see and read about the different people who have visited and lived here, as well as the unique heritage of Bar Harbor allowing them to be part of our community for a while. This sense of belonging encourages them to take a souvenir home, taste our local food and drinks, and enjoy our hospitality for years to come. Our hours are 10-2 PM Monday-Saturday. Museum open May 26th to October 25th.
