KORA at GRIDWRKS : CxMW

GRIDWRKS — sibling venue to the long-running CITY AT NIGHT — welcomes KORA back on Friday, October 2, with support from DREZ, as part of our official Capital Music Week programming.

Following his memorable GRIDWRKS appearance last year, the Montréal-based DJ, producer and co-founder of Saisons Musique returns for another immersive journey through deep, organic and melodic electronic music.

A resident at Montreal's legendary Stereo and an internationally touring artist, Kora has released music on labels including Decca, Anjunadeep, Bedrock, Kindisch and Sol Selectas. His productions and DJ sets move fluidly between organic house, deep and progressive sounds, drawing on acoustic instrumentation, cinematic textures and influences gathered through years of travelling and performing around the world.

DREZ returns on opening duties, bringing the pairing back to GRIDWRKS for the first time since Kora's 2025 appearance.

The night also marks the opening of Capital Music Week, taking place October 2–10 across Ottawa and bringing together the city's artists, venues, music community and industry.
