Konekt In Rhythm is an immersive live music experience that brings together: DJ culture and live orchestral performance in a bold and genre-defying collaboration. Taking place at Arts Court – Black Box Studio in Ottawa, this unique event features XANNIE performing alongside seven live musicians, creating a dynamic musical dialogue. Throughout the night, you will experience a carefully curated set blending deep grooves, jazz improvisation, and classical orchestral arrangements written by saxophonist Lisa Yacé.

As both the headlining performer and curator, Xannie will guide the audience through a musical journey. For this edition, she will be merging afro-electronic rhythms such as amapiano, 3-step, and gqom with live orchestral textures. The result is an energetic and immersive performance that explores the intersection of modern DJ culture and traditional musicianship. More than a concert, Konekt In Rhythm is designed as a collaborative artistic experience that highlights the creativity of Ottawa’s local music scene.

The evening, hosted by Kimya (@kimyamusik) and Jess M (@jess_rjoe_mombotch) will start with a DJ set by DJ Seiiizi (@seiiizi), followed by opening performances from Kabysh (@Kabyshofficial), Kar33m (@Kar33mmusic), and Oshowz (@lord_oshowz), showcasing emerging voices and talent from the city’s creative community.
