City & Ottawa Prog Vibes present SUBSTANCE featuring John 00 Fleming inside City At Night on Friday July 24th, with support from Ottawa Prog Vibes residents; As part of a summer reflecting on 10 years of underground music and community at City At Night, we’re excited to welcome back one of the artists who helped shape some of the venue’s most memorable late-night journeys.

For decades, John 00 Fleming has remained a singular force within the global trance and progressive landscape — respected for his uncompromising sound, marathon sets, and deeply hypnotic approach to the dancefloor. From legendary appearances at festivals and clubs across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, to releases on labels like JOOF Recordings, his influence reaches far beyond trends or eras. His performances are immersive experiences built on tension, storytelling, and emotional depth — the kind of extended late-night sessions that have always felt at home inside City At Night’s intimate setting. Over the years, Fleming’s appearances in Ottawa have become special moments for the dedicated progressive and trance community, and we’re honoured to have him return as part of this milestone summer.
