We’re a bit different from your typical online store or brick-and-mortar shop.
Instead of taking orders and shipping them out to you, we use a ticket system.
Once your order is ready, you can pick it up at the next I'm So Board Event you attend.
Here is how our store works:
- Choose the item(s) you want to buy.
- Complete the checkout process.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your purchase with your ticket(s).
- Sign up for an I'm So Board event on Heylo to pick up your item(s): (https://heylo.group/imsoboardcanada).
- Bring your virtual ticket(s) with you to the event.
- We will scan your ticket(s) to record you have picked up your item(s).
- We will give you your item(s).
- Please kindly leave us a review of your experience.
