Hershey, Washington DC, Philadelphia, and NYC Road Trip

WQLN is hitting the east coast to tour some of the country's oldest and most historic towns. This trip is a little bit of history, and a whole lot of fun! For this 6 day and 5 night road trip you will visit destinations in Hershey, PA, Washington DC, Philadelphia, PA, and NYC. It includes roundtrip motorcoach transportation on Anderson Coach and Tour, multiple meals, museum tours, and new things to learn and experience!

Sunday, June 15 - Erie to Hershey 
6:00 a.m. – Leave WQLN
9:30 a.m. – Rest stop
Noon – Arrive at the Hershey Chocolate World for lunch 
Lunch at Hershey Chocolate World 
Trolley tour about the life of Milton Hershey Create your own candy bar 
Afternoon at the Hershey Chocolate World
4:30 p.m. Travel to Hershey Lodge for the night
Dinner on your own at the Lodge

Monday, June 16 - Hershey to Washington D.C.
6:45 – 7:45 a.m. – Breakfast at Hershey Lodge 
8:00 – 11:00 a.m. – Drive to Washington D.C.
11:30 a.m. – Lunch at Mount Vernon Inn 
1:00 – 4:00 p.m. – Tour Mount Vernon Grounds and the Mansion 
5:00 p.m. Dinner at Famous Dave’s, Alexandria 

Tuesday, June 17 - Washington D.C. Day 
8:00 – 9:00 a.m. – Breakfast at hotel 
9:30 a.m. – Leave for Smithsonian Museums 
On your own to explore Smithsonian Museums
Lunch on your own 
5:00 p.m. - Dinner at Mama Tigre 

Wednesday, June 18 - Washington D.C./Arlington to Philadelphia 
6:45 – 7:45 a.m. Breakfast at hotel
8:00 a.m. – Leave for Philadelphia
11:00 – Arrive in Philadelphia and visit Reading Terminal Market 
Lunch on your own at the Reading Terminal Market
Walk to tour Liberty Bell/Constitution Center 
4:00 p.m. Board bus for New Jersey 
5:00 p.m. Dinner TBD

Thursday, June 19 – New Jersey to Weehawken to NYC 
7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. – Breakfast 
9:00 a.m. - Brief stop at Weekhawken to view the site of the famous duel between Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr
9:15 – 9:45 a.m. – Travel from Weehawken to Pier 83 Midtown
11:00 a.m. – Board the Circle Line for the Landmark Cruise around Manhattan 
12:30 p.m. Return to the dock and travel to National September 11 Museum
1:30 p.m. Visit the National September 11 Memorial and Museum 
4:30 p.m. Depart the Museum for Fraunces Tavern 
5:15 p.m. Dinner at Fraunces Tavern (The oldest tavern in NYC!)

Friday, June 20 – New Jersey to Erie (7 hours)
6:45 a.m. – 7:45 a.m. Breakfast at hotel
8:00 a.m. – Board bus for Erie
Lunch on your own 
Arrive in Erie around 4 p.m.
