Harvest on the Horizon: A Waterfront Seafood Feast

Join us in the Birdhouse at MacDonald's Resort on the evenings of October 28th and 29th, and Expect to have All of your Senses Satisfied at this Exclusive Ticketed Dining event! It's Truly a Once in a Lifetime Gathering, that Embraces the Beauty that Only this Season can Provide!

Menu:

1st Course: Breaking Bread: Make New Friends as we break bread with a fresh out of the oven, Artisan Sourdough, served with Single Source Olive Oil, and Mild Black Garlic Balsamic Vinegar Dipping sauce.

(Be sure to reserve some tasty crusts of bread for dipping in the next course!)

2nd Course: Steamer Clams in a White Wine and Butter sauce with finely minced Shallots and fresh seasonal herbs, dusted with aged parmesan and Black Truffle.

(A Brief intermission to grab a Perfectly Paired wine or Draft Brew and head out to the Viewing Decks to take in the Colors and Senses of the Season.) 

3rd Course: Harvest Salad. The most tender Organic greens, Local Apples, Pears, cranberries, pepitas, and candied pecans, topped with Aged Applewood Smoked Gouda, Prosciutto and a special House made Sweet Onion Vinaigrette dressing.

4th Course:  A Rich and Creamy Lobster Bisque Soup Garnished with Local Chanterelle and Lobster mushrooms, Pine Nuts and a Delicious Browned Butter Drizzle.

(Another Brief intermission, giving you a chance to fill your glasses and mingle on the deck, taking in the Stars and enjoying great Conversation with Friends)

5th Course: A Smoky Honey baked Salmon utilizing Local Honey, accompanied with Seared Scallops, Tender Asparagus tips, Sweet Red Pepper Slivers and New Crop baby potatoes with fresh herbs, Rosemary and shaved Asiago.

(A Brief intermission before dessert to enjoy a coffee or refill your glasses)

6th Course: A beautiful New York style Cheesecake topped with an Embered Sweet Heat Huckleberry glaze.
